I’m thinking when it’s time to replace the rubber I’ll just replace both the tires and the wheels. I’m seriously thinking of going to 18” wheels and 34 or 35” tires. Has anyone made a similar move and if so how do you like the change?

I have the factory 18”s and love the look and sidewall.

Agree, I like the look better and the ride is also better. My HD came with 18” and 35’s. Handles great. I went up to 37” tires and kept the 18’s. Rides better than short sidewalls. Have 17” and 35’s on my Jeep.

That’s one of the things about mine that I regret. I should have had the dealership switch out my 20” with 18”

I’m thinking of going with Method MR305 NV for the rims. But not sure yet. Question for those that run 34” tires did you need to do any mods to they wouldn’t rub? I know you have to for 35” tires but I not sure on the 34”.

I’m a big YES with 18s. I have said it here before I went with aftermarket 20s I unfortunately listened to my wife, she wanted the same size rims as stock. Horrible mistake. 18s look way better and are better off road. But again it’s a personal taste for us all.
