Stock air filter replacement

I have 2200 miles on my 3500hd At4 with the 6.6 gas engine. I just did an oil change and my air filter monitor says 57%. I want to replace it now. What is everyone's thoughts on which way to go? Stock paper filter or the K&N Advantage Plus Air Filter. It is rated for 24,000 miles and is priced reasonably.

I would first pull the filter out and look at it to see if it's even dirty before buying a new filter. 24k mile rating is kind of like 15-20k mile oil intervals..just because the filter is rated for it doesn't mean you should go that long. Additionally, I stick with oem filters for oem applications unless I'm buying a completely new intake.

A 2025 with 2200 miles!? Definitely agree with above. Even a time interval shouldn't be @ 57%.

Pull it and look at it. Forget the leaves and grasshoppers, you want to look for/have white pleats.

If it looks brand new (unless your driving around Indonesia) I'd reset the monitor.
