Screen issues.

My screen is stuck on the start up. I’ve done a reset on the steering wheel and disconnect both negatives for 20/30mins. GM says it’s PIC6630 and that I need to take it in. Unfortunately my truck has 55k and a weight reduction . Anyone dealing with this issue and how I can get it resolved without paying out of pocket for GM’s nonsense.
