We have a 2023 GMC Sierra AT4 ALC. The running boards on both sides are not lowering. It's Wednesday and just this past Saturday we gave it a good wash. Afterwards, we took it for a ride and the running boards worked fine. We went out later that evening and the was an update. I hit it and went inside to eat since it said it takes 15 minutes. We got back 45 minutes later and all was good and when we got home all was good. The next morning they didn't work. Checked fuses- all looked good (passenger side & under the hood) went to settings inside not where Google said it was to see if it was accidentally disabled. There is no mute button on the steering wheel to do a soft reboot. And no buttons under the climate control for this. Running boards were on the truck when we bought it so we believe it's factory. Any help?
