I installed 4 inch blocks on the rear and strut spacers on the front. Now I am having a roaring sound and slight vibration around 55 to 70 mph. Can anybody help me with this? Tire balance?

Take pictures of your front suspension geometry if you only installed blocks on top of the struts, your angles might be a bit extreme and cause harsh driving. Also take a picture of your control arm because it might be sitting on top of the bump stop.
