Refreshed aftermarket support

It works ones day for a few hours then cuts out and goes blank. Sometimes larger font. Almost seems like a loose connection. Dealership had it for over a week and gave me the run around then it turned out they never even ordered the part. I tried ordering the heads-up display unit but it got cancelled and said it was a restricted part and I needed to contact dealership to order.
Did you get this resolved? I’m having a similar issue with my 2022 Yukon AT4.

Not exactly... So truck has 8k miles. I took it on 800 mile road trip to buy a work truck a few weeks ago and the heads up display worked the whole time perfectly. Since then it has cut out twice for a minute or so but that's about it. So, in comparison to before its 100x better but not fixed 100%. I don't understand. The truck has a mind of its own. I'm almost wondering if it's a voltage issue to the unit. Going 70 plus on the highway for 8 hours vs my typical driving for 15 minute trips. It's very odd because I had installed a s&b cold air intake a couple months ago and l ended up taking it out because performance sucked and it was way too noisy. Then I thought I'd install it one more time unplug battery for a few hours (like I did when I initially installed) before the long trip to see if truck would maybe work out problems for the long drive. Oddly, the cold air intake performed awesome and was quiet. Do not understand how noise level could be different this time around... Sorry to go into different subjects but I think it's all related. Part of me wonders if it's due to not having parking sensor chip. That was the only chip that wasn't "installed" in the truck when I purchased.
