Here are the amber lights and the harness.
I removed the plastic spacer on the underside of the hood. There are two screws and about four clips holding the piece in place. Remove the screws and pull off.
I carefully drilled the four holes for the lights with a step drill. You want them tight as there is no mechanical way to secure the lights, so be careful not to drill too big a hole. The plastic spacer has a "V" channel behind the front part that you see. when you push the lights in, part of them will hit plastic on the back side. With the front hole in place, I used a razor knife to make a hole on the back side.
The LED's come with rubber o=rings/mounts that you discard. Once they were installed in the plastic, they were very tight, but I added a drop of super glue, or you could use silicone on the back side.
I ran a two-wire cable through the hood holes and out a small hole near the hinge. The small hole has just enough room to force split wrap into the hole to protect the wiring. From there I ran it along the passenger fender well to the headlight and add the harness.
