First instance of the electric locker not working that I've heard.

Have you "used" it badly? As in take the cover off and see if'n there are parts laying on the bottom of the pumpkin?

Parts in the pumpkin is the worst diagnosis!

I would provide these details to the other dealers service manager, and explain to him that it's unprofessional, and they should be embarrassed. Then explain to the manager you will be bringing this up with the dealers ownership.

I would, too. That’s ridiculous for them to outright lie to you like that. I’d run that up a really tall flag pole.
