Try to use iPhone 17 to scan codes thru out the truck with no luck. Any suggestions out there?

I'm sorry I miss understood. I thought you were scanning for check engine light codes.
The only QR code that is "readable" to our phones is the one on the sticker on the drivers door jamb. It gives a few of the rpo codes of options on 'your' truck.

Sounds like you are trying to scan manufacturers codes used during assembly. Those are not QR codes and will not read.
