How do you do a hard reboot? Disconnect battery? I can pull in my garage and get wi-fi. Is there a procedure to get my truck connected to home wi-fi?

You should connect your truck to your home wifi which is likely to be a stronger wifi signal than other connections you may have. You need to follow prompts on your Infotainment System; typically System->Wi-Fi Networks, select your home wifi from the wifi list (assuming your home wifi is broadcasting its WIfi Network name), enter home wifi password and it should connect fine. You usually only ever need to do it once.

Best to read the manual at this point, you should be following the correct steps. (It’s digital but through, use the app)

Hard reboot is holding the hangup button down for 20 seconds until the screen changes then letting go… don’t select anything - this will cause it to reboot. Under setting you can connect to ur home WiFi.
