Mine did this crap recently. Onstar tech did some procedure and everything worked again.
Symptoms when this happens- WiFi had trouble connecting to my phone, CarPlay, and Mac. Turn off the WiFi in the phone and back ON, Password Incorrect for network.
Went to the WiFi app in the radio and Share internet was OFF. Trying to make it turn on there was a message that the truck does not have a data plan, contact onstar to add a plan.
