New to the forums here, not new for AT4.
I leased a 2025 3.0 Duramax Jan of 2025. Trading it in and getting a 2026 2500 HD 6.6 Duramax (pick up tomorrow, I am like a kid in the candy shop).
Dealership is tinting out the front windows to match back, undercoating, noise canceling in panels, clear bra on front and door edges. Got the little puddle maps, rear multi-pro lights, for bed going with the Sentry CT, and the swing out tool boxes.
So on the new one, went with a purchase and even bought an extended warranty that covers 5years and up to 100k miles on essentially everything. I know some will say that those are junk, but would rather have it if like the turbo goes or something else not maint related.
I plan on putting on this right away the Banks Power Map Sensor relocation kit, and the Banks Power iDash Data Pro. And so as to not void warranty holding off on other upgrades other than nabbing a K&N filter to help it breath better right away. Plan on running this for 1500 miles and then changing the oil over to Amsoil. Also change the diff and transmission fluid over to amsoil products as well.
Any other suggestions on break-in on the 6.6 Duramax?
