New Member... with a 2024 Terrain AT4

I have a Terrain AT4 that I got new in 2024. The vehicle itself is pretty good and I don't have many complaints about it. The one thing that I do have to complain about is peeling paint on the grill. Took it back to the dealership and was told it was stone chips even though I saw it peel away while hand washing it. To me, it is a GMC defect to GMC it's Policy. The dealership wants to split the cost 50-50 ($613.00 for my part). Not good customer service on the dealership or GMC customer service. Very disappointed in both.

A very common problem, as you have seen from posts on here. Some get it covered and some like you not.

Try a different dealer, if'n not, atleast you have a dealer that will cost share with you.

As stated, its a common problem. I'm looking at either a blacked out Denali grill swap, or looking into some after market grills. Most of those can get a little too "macho" if you know what I mean.
