Hi all,
First off, sorry for the radio silence—my account got hacked, but I finally got it back! I wanted to share a couple of passion projects we’ve been developing for the GM 6.2L to fix a few daily driving annoyances and add a luxury feature GM left out.
Here is the quick breakdown:
1. DFM & Auto Start/Stop Disabler (OBD Plug and Play)
Current market options with inline wiring harnesses are a massive pain to install. Tired of dealing with clumsy wiring under the hood or dash, we engineered a cleaner solution. You just plug our module straight into the OBD port and you're good to go. It kills both DFM and the annoying engine drop-out instantly with zero installation hassle.
2. Custom "Smart" Auto Hold Module
I missed the Auto Hold feature from my old Audi SUV, and since nobody makes a solid aftermarket option for GM trucks, we built one from scratch.
(Heads up: unlike the DFM delete, this requires tear-down and wiring/disassembly to install, but the functionality is totally worth it!)
Red-Light Hold: In Drive (D), hold the brake pedal for 5 seconds and it automatically engages the electronic parking brake (EPB). Tap the gas to smoothly drive off with zero rollback.
Auto-Park: Automatically pulls the electronic parking brake the exact second you shift into Park (P) for maximum safety.Both mods are working flawlessly in our testing. We're wrapping up development and wanted to get the AT4 community's feedback first.
