Would be great if they took surveys about app or didn’t replace useful features with those owners won’t useYeah, we have confirmed, not available on the refresh. All 4 of my pre-trucks still have it in the app. The screenshots I posted, were taken that day.
My 2025 2500 AT4 had the temp. control the first few times I used the app.It's not available for the 25s.
I too was able to set temp on my 2025 at4 1500 thru the app and now i cant. It just sets to the temp on autoCouooe months ago I remember being able to set temp, but now I think it simply goes off what auto setting is.
I don't have app option, but can have seats set to turn AC or heat on based on temperature, in settings on the truck.
Does anyone have help with this? A few weeks ago, I used to be able to set my temperature after I remote started the truck in the GMC app on my phone, but now I can't. It doesn't even show up in the app.It was all purely on the app. No changing anything in the vehicle, all just on the app.

I just purchased my 2025 AT4 3-29-2025, and I have used it up until not long ago. So it was there.It's not available for the 25s.
I have OnStar Plus, and I had it, but I don't have it now in the app.Might these extra features be part on an OnStar paid package. I don’t have the feature possibly because I only have the basic free 8 years of OnStar….
