Larger tires

Another user on this forum said this isn't accurate he installed 295/60 r20 which is 33.9X11 and had to do ALOT of cutting. I'm getting close to purchase new wheels so I am trying to get the correct answer as well. I'm surprised this isn't know yet.
Does anyone know what the biggest tire is that will fit the stock 20" wheel on a 2021 Yukon AT4? I actually ordered the 295/60/20 BFGs and then saw this forum so had to cancel the order! Thanks in advance for any help

Based on everything I’ve looked at and read through, the largest tire that will fit (without rubbing or trimming) on a stock 20” wheel for a 2021 Yukon AT4 sitting at stock height (which would also account for a Yukon equipped with air ride suspension) is either 285/60R20 or 33x12.50R20. The 285 will be a little taller (approx. 33.5 inches) and a bit narrower (approx. 11.2 inches) than the 33x12.50 tire. The space between the control arm and the tire is tight with the 33x12.50, but I put them on my wife’s 2021 Yukon AT4 (with air ride suspension) and have not had a single problem with rubbing at any of the selectable ride heights.

Note: I did replace the 20” AT4 wheels with 22” Denali wheels, but the width (9”) and the offset (+28mm) of the wheels are the same, but because the 33x12.50 measurement isn’t affected by wheel size (as aspect ratio of the wheel is not a factor in SAE-sized tires): you shouldn’t have any problems.

Recently put some NITTO - Recon Grapplers (285/60/R20's) on my stock 2021 Yukon AT4.

Looks good! How's the ride?
It did feel a little more rough when comparing to the stock tires that were on there before. However, after a week we've definitely gotten used to it and loving the more aggressive look. I ended up going with the Recon grapplers as the Nitto site stated the Dura Grapplers might be a little more noisy.
