I did mine on a rare 70° earlier this month. Then freezing after that.

It is one big piece of what looks like 3M double sided tape. Just didn't have the 3m logo. But there isn't a second chance to reposition.

I installed mine this weekend. The adhesive was very forgiving and I appreciated the clear plastic that covered the shiny face that I removed after the installation.

The temperature was a brisk 50 degrees, but it didn't affect the adhesive at all.

If you apply using the "wet" method you get plenty of second chances. Thoroughly wet the surface and the adhesive side of decal with water with a drop or two in dish detergent in it. The decal will slide around somewhat giving you the chance to get it perfect. Then with a dedicated squeegee press the water out and let dry. This is how I did my two layer decal on hood of Jeep and on a friends. Mine has been on 4 years, his probably 2 years and no negative affect on adhesion.

I use that method on tint, racing stickers and such. Never tried it with 3m 2 sided tape. I'll have to try it on some test material.

The wet method is boss...

So you're not asking for a refund? 🤣
