4-6 weeks is basically legally a Lemon in Colorado. If an OEM exceeds 24 days of out of service, less than 2 years old and under 24k miles for a repair, consumers can proceed to lemon the vehicle and be reimbursed for some fraction of the purchase based on duration of ownership and mileage.
I'll find out today hopefully what I'm looking at. Definitely feels like a really unfortunate situation but certainly wont be a returning customer if this is the response I receive to wait with no option for a loaner or a rental beyond $41/day maximum of 10 days. For a vehicle that was > $80k brand new this just sucks
UPDATE: New motor is needed on our Yukon. Complete internal failure. ETA is estimated as infinite and no motor date is known
