Hello, i have a 2024 AT4. I'm trying to change the fuel filter And it seems stuck/ vapor locked. Any wisdom for this problem?

Disconnect your batteries and start torquing on it. Whoever did your last change over torqued it and there's a possibility that it could break. If it does get a billet or better yet a fuel system saver like vse makes so you can have better filtration

36mm ½" drive 6 point socket and a long breaker bar with a "whatever it takes" long cheater pipe.
In this case slow even pressure instead of impact gun motion.
I would take the above advice and have a AL bottom half replacement bowl at the stand-by.
