Clicking noise in dash when driver door is opened.

So do you think it’s a door that’s stuck or it’s the actual modular making the noise? Because I’m going to the dealer with info and maybe that’ll point them in the right direction

What it sounds like is the HVAC door actuator trying to do its test but it’s not moving . I will see if I can post what mine sounds like.

I want to close this out with a solution for the next guy that finds this post because he’s chasing down a weird noise somewhere in the dash. Well I finally found it, me not the dealer. The noise is coming from the motor/gears in the HUD. When it gets warm here in AZ it’s causing something to slip inside. The rapid clicking must be when it’s doing self check prior to start. But when I start the truck and adjust the HUD you can hear it click and see the number jump at the same time. The same kind of echo click if you compare to the rapid one. I’ll post a vid

i have a 2024 2500 AT4X and it has the same noise. I can't figure out what it is so when I bring it in I will ask my dealer
