Check engine light/ABS/Trailer brake/etc

Ik its been a few months. Not sure if you resolved this. Did you add anything new to it like a Pulsar LT?
I have AMP steps installed but the issue began before that. No other electronics installed.

It is currently with the dealer for the THIRD time. The last time i took it in, I included my suggestion of the wiring harness issue as per the previous comments. He told me that he wasnt going to include it in the report to the service technicians because "sometimes they get offended" when you tell them what the issue is. Unbelievable

Just got off the phone with service rep who tried to tell me that it was the AMP steps. Unreal. Third time taking it in and their best guess is the running boards that were installed after the electrical issue started. Clowns

After unplugging running boards and having issue recur AT THE STOPLIGHT on the way out of the dealer, I took it back in. Will see what they come up with. Idiots

When I have had problems like this. I unplug ALL aftermarket accessories. Its a PITA but it helps with the automatic blame game. They will even blame a aftermarket radio hooked up directly with NO other wiring added. Its very frustrating. I feel your frustration.

Yes it’s unplugged now so we’ll see what BS they come up with. Including picking it up and immediately returning it before getting off the lot, this is the fourth time they’ve had the truck to workup the issue.

Anybody had the following issue before?

New 2023 AT4 picked up in March. About 2K miles on it now. Starting pretty early after pickup, probably around 300 miles in, I would get alerts to service ABS/trailer brake/traction control/forward collision alert. Doesn’t seem like there’s any action or maneuver that causes the alert, as far as i can tell. They all go off at once, and the check engine light comes on at the same time. All alerts would usually resolve after about an hour and a restart of the car, but the check engine light would remain on for about 12-24 hours before eventually resolving on its own. This occurred about every 1/3 of the time.

Took it in for service, they replaced some speed sensor on one of the wheels and told me it was fixed.

Within an hour of pickup, I get the same errors again, and now it occurs more frequently, and the check engine light is almost always on.

Anyone have any ideas or had this happen? Have to find another time to take it in for service but work schedule makes it almost impossible.
I’ve had similar issues. Like you, it usually “fixes” itself with 12-24 hours. I have yet to take it to a dealer. Here to see other responses.

My 2022 is doing the same. Dealer can't "replicate" the problem. Happens mostly when towing my travel trailer, very dangerous when on the highway and it goes into limp mode throwing all kinds of codes.

I have a 2022 with 55k miles and it has the ABS/traction control/stability control/ check engine lights on. Was wondering if anyone has determined root cause(s).
I looked at the wires for chaffing per previous post. Didn't see anything but not sure I'm looking in right spot. Any more detail on where the wires chafe would be great. Checked fuses. Open to anyone's ideas on what to try next.
Thanks
