Here is a follow up on the post above. i took my truck to another dealership and the service manager was willing to try and help me. He did the same stuff that I had tried and it didn't work. While we were trying different things a prompt showed up on the screed that there was an issue with OnStar connectivity and to to contact OnStar. We hit the blue OnStar button and told the person that answered we needed an Apple Car Play expert. After a few minutes a guy came on and started helping us. He had us delete everything in the system and start over and after 15 mins of following his instructions all of sudden Apple Car Play works as it should. So if you're have Car Play issues just call OnStar for the fix. I also pulled cover off of Kicker stereo to try and figure out why it wouldn't work. I discovered both speakers were not plugged in. Plugged speakers in and everything works as it should. AMAZING!!!
