I just purchased my second Canyon, a 2025 AT4. I am having issues with the screen freezing and it appears when only using car play. While on a road trip my screen and dash board went crazy and every notification symbol and bell, buzzer and whistle came on (I do have video). Not sure what it was and less than 1000 miles, I had it towed to the nearest dealership. I was told my iPhone 15 was too old to run the system (c'mon man) Then when it did it again (less than 5 minutes after picking it up) I was then told I needed a phone with a 'C' plug (c'mon man) THEN when it did it again, I was told to use only iPhone cords, (that was plausible so I bought new Apple cords and it's still freezing up). The music plays and everything appears normal except the screen freezes at one point.
I like my Canyon but sure am beginning to hate GMC dealerships (one in particular).
