The only issue I've had with my Dash has been with the updates. I doesn't seem to want to update easily. No big deal as I can skip it and keep going but it is very annoying.

I considered the Banks. Lot of money for me to essentially monitor regen. I landed with the VeePeak OBDCheck. A simple plug in device to the OBD port, connects via Bluetooth to phone, and integrates well with Android Auto and Carplay (or whatever the Apple version - I use Android) so you can see info on the Infotainment screen. The device creates data logs for an export to Excel. Bought the Fusion app for $6 and the device for $40. I can move this device from vehicle to vehicle if needed. Very happy with this solution.

Very Interesting; please share more info. For the little driving I currently do, I've not concerned myself with regen or anything, so long as no codes pop up and the truck and its electronics behave perfectly, including mods I built from scratch.

The super guage will show you all of this. I just recently got an idash (wanted the bluetooth) and have a super gauge sitting on the workbench unused.. if you're interested

Had some free time tonight and made the mistake of attempting to update mine (dual pod setup). Apparently, due to firmware issues the new update will not propagate to the secondary iDash module through the jumper wire. So after the first update, I received an error prompt telling me that I need to remove the jumper wire and plug the primary cable into the secondary gauge in order to perform the update, after which everything should function as it should. In the interim, both gauges still function, but the app will no longer connect to the secondary gauge at all.

So I now have a multi-hour project ahead of me of pulling those gauges back out of the A pillar and swapping the wiring around. There are worse things in life, but it would have been nice to know the update was going to cause this issue BEFORE I installed it. Be forewarned if you have a multi-gauge setup that you haven’t updated in a while.

So I actually just did mine less than an hour ago before seeing this and same scenario needing to move the jumper wire and I have dual pods as well.

After updating one gauge(DataPro), I noticed it would only see one gauge(Pro) but after moving my jumper wire and updating the second gauge, both pop up as normal and communicate without any issues.

It only took a few minutes pulling the gauge out of the pod and moving the bottom gauge to the top so it can connect to the 4pin OBD, no need to pull anything apart.

Thanks for that - it actually helped me out a ton. It's a lesson in semantic influence that I let the Banks prompt, which was verbiage-heavy on the wiring, set me on a mental path that would have started me pulling trim from the bottom up to get to the wires. I never considered just swapping the modules out in the pods. It was still difficult as the wiring in my top pod is VERY snug, but was able to get both gauges updated and communicating with the app again. Thanks for the nudge in the right direction!
