Bad upper radiator inlet hose

25,371 on ‘26 Canyon AT4 and the top inlet radiator started leaking. Took it to the dealer and they replaced it. Had to come from factory - no source parts available yet so they had the truck for almost two weeks. Apparently there is a rubber O-ring built into hose which is failing. Other users reporting the same issue. So they covered it under warranty this time, but I guess in another 25K miles I’ll have to pay for it since they put the same part on there. This is what happens when you over engineer/complicate simple parts like a hose!

The design is also used on the Trailboss and a few other gm vehicles. Lots of pissed off folks out there, cause they are out of the 3/36.

How much is the part?

My buddy has a Chevy and he just got notice about this issue. They will fix the problem and extend the warranty for those to 60k. I have received nothing from GMC about the same problem.
