Backlights not working

So I recently purchased a 1 owner 2024 canyon AEV with 4,000 miles on it. Just took it out for the first time at night and noticed the backlight for the lower switches (diff locks, hazards, lane assist, etc) and also the 4WD knob backlights are not working. Switches work and everything engages fine just no backlights. Performed an infotainment reboot and nothing. Anyone ever had this happen? Any fixes?

Welcome.

I gotta look again, but I don't think the piano keys are backlit for some reason. Just the indicator "ON" light. Tells you how often I drive at night!

Maybe someone will chime in before with the correct answer.

Not backlit on my 22, just the indicator light when the switch is engaged.

Seen a YouTube video of someone with a 24 canyon and they are definitely backlit on his. Just seems counterintuitive not to have them lit up at night, especially the hazard button

Not the same model here but mine are not backlit either.
