AT4X Interior Cab Handles.

The photo in the OP at first did look like a seam from manufacturing but the one posted by Quick as well as my own definitely look like a crack. Drivers side only.

I dont think it will affect integrity but I will put it on the list of minor things to take care of if I ever break down and take it to the dealer. That won't be until I need warranty work or critical recall.

Yeah, same here, not gonna take it in just for this. I also pulled the $h!t out of it and I don't see it affecting the integrity, just looked like some flex on the plastic as I pulled.

Someone over tightened those nuts. Wonder if the assembly line had a torque wrench improperly calibrated for a while, or had the units confused (in/lb vs. ft/lb is a common source of these kinds of problems).

Over the weekend mine started to pull out and I popped it back in and just checked it and see that it's cracked. Have to take it in for something else so I'll have them look at that at the same time.

Those handles are only designed to help you get into your truck; its not a substitute for a hitch to drag your MIL or a bison. :ROFLMAO:

My 2024 drivers side is cracked. Happened with less than 5K miles. I thought maybe it was a fluke. Has anyone had theirs replaced under warranty?

It should be covered. Mine has been cracked for over a year and I really try to avoid the dealer. I will get it looked at before my 36 month warranty is up but thats another 18 months.

Mine was cracked, had mine replaced by the dealership at no cost.

I’m joining the club of cracked handles. Mine are ordered and do to be replaced when they arrive
