I have it but out of town right now. Wonder if I go 37 that it would effect gearing?

I would love to buy another salta wheel and 275/70R18 for my 1500 AT4 if someone can confirm it will fit under the truck.

A SALTA rim with a 275/70 r18 will fit in the spare tire location. I have one installed from the factory on my truck "at4x AEV Sierra 1500" currently.
