AT4 swap to a ZR2

Hi all,
I just currently swapped out my 2020 AT4 front suspension to a ZR2 complete front end.. knuckles, control arms and everything. I even upgraded my CV's to extended length ones. I had a warranty claim on my front differential and now have a new. After all said and done, if I drive even slowly over a parking lot speed bump, there is so much metal clunking sound. Everything is brand new. I can go over regular cracks and bumps and nothing. Please help.

When you say you changed everything, does that include the front differentials also? The differentials on an AT4 and ZR2 are not the same, if you didn't change out the differentials, that might be a good place to look for the issues you are having. The ZR2 has a electronic locking front differential, the AT4 has a conventional open front differential. Good Luck!
