It took me a little while before the VIN link started working, it wasn't right away. Definitely sometime after it was produced.
Update from my end, my order situation has come to an end. The truck was ordered incorrectly back in April and put into order workbench wrong. I noticed in May (before it was built) and called them out on it. As of June, they'd showed me a correct order in order workbench so it appeared fixed as I have a copy of that order printout. The problem is, by the time it was built in July, it'd gone back to incorrect. Not sure if it wasn't saved, didn't take, the updated order wasn't accepted - but the window sticker was correct, the truck was built wrong.
I had my deposit refunded, and I'm done with that dealer. I'm probably going to put in the same order for a 2025, but am also partially considering a Chevy 2500 ZR2 with the big Duramax. I'm not in a huge rush, as at this point I'd rather get the truck right at the beginning of Spring, so we'll see.
