AT4 DOWN!

My rig is a 23. My truck had the same symptoms when my torque converter failed along with my valve body. Love the truck but bummed that reliability is thrown out the window!

And check this out….
The roads here in Idaho are pretty decent, and I’ve noticed a WEIRD high frequency vibration between 38-41MPH in normal drive mode. Not my imagination either, not the roads. When I shift to “L”, the vibration goes away. It’s subtle, BUT evident. I’ll just wait till the tranny grenades and go from there. The truck is 6 months old w 3700 miles. 2025, 1500 AT4 6.2L w the 10 hole fake Allison gear finder. I really like the truck, but if it turns out to be a turd, then it’ll be in the same category as all the rest of the new junk out there. But it’ll still be at the top. Technology is taking us down.

I would say you are feeling the DFM engage. I drive mine in L9 everyday. I do because I deleted my muffler and the DFM makes it sound like crap. Sounds like a helicopter off in the distance. When in L9, DFM is disabled along with start stop.
I really hope bringing back the 5.7l and 6.6l gassers also brings back reliability.

Well, I did a bit of research on that and “supposedly” DFM because it happens so fast won’t cause that issue, BUT!! L9 it is. Daddy will give it a try. Thx
