Air compressor

Well, shoot. I decided to cancel that order and get one of these:

Advantage includes being a small power station when power goes out or for camping. And airs up faster

I am a fan of Viair. These units have clips to go directly to the battery. Been using one for the Jeep for about 15 years and got a second for the AT4X. I like that they are portable and you can take to another persons vehicle when needed. Continuous run time on most of them and faster inflation when air tires back up from low off road pressure. Their better units come in as close as possible to an actual tank which are usually the quickest. Check actual fill times if you are going to be using one a lot. Most cheaper units can take 10 minutes or more to get a 35” tire up from 10 psi to 45. That can easily be 45 minutes to just air 4 tire back up. They have various rated compressors so you can get just what you want at the price you want

I used a Viair for my Jeep for a few years. It did work great. With some driveway experimentation I eventually never even checked pressure after airing up. I have air down tools that take it to 12 and I know that 2 minutes with the Viair gets it to about 25 which is all I need in that Jeep.

Any one have a recommendation for a Good air compressor that will plug in to the outlet
As the 2024 AT4 has no cigarette lighter outlet

I use this one as it is compact and easily stores under the rear seat.

Milwaukee M18 has been great for everything I throw at it. Totally portable and cordless, I keep it in my truck and it stays fully charged after multiple uses. Model # 2848-20

You've waited over 2yrs to comment an affiliated link? That is the most disciplined patience I have ever seen!

I plan to mount an ARB compressor under the hood. I did that on last truck. Its always there and takes up no space in the cab.
This is what I did - it was a tough fit but it's there.. still need to run the plumbing for the tank & manifold and ultimately have outlets on the front and back bumper, plus a better switch system but you know... money lol
