AC plugs not working

I have a 2022 AT4 crewcab 6.6 liter 2500. The plug in the bed and the plug in the cab or not working. I am able to push the power button on and it does light up but there is no power going to the plugs. I have checked the fuse in the fuse box #19 and it’s good and working. Any suggestions on further troubleshooting? Thank you.

What are you trying to power up? It will protect itself if the current/amp draw is over 400 watts.

That would be 3⅓ amps. 'Bout enough for a dewalt battery charger or the like.

I’m aware of the load restrictions and thats not the issue. Does the inverter itself have a reset button?
