2022 6.2L Engine Failure

From my talking to mechanics here in the Midwest this sounds like the same problem they had with the 5.3. Our family went through 4 of those engines, but those 5.3 had between 150000 and 198000 miles on them. The Midwest Mechs. are telling owners to switch to "No Ethanol" which we have done and those mechs are saying others have done the switch and no engine problems have come from the switch just pain at the pump. Also a family member with 65000 on his GM 6.2 has had no problems with his switching to no ethanol, just the pump pain. Yeah its more at the pump but if it saves the head aches in the long run, then I'm all for it.

Sounds like GMC & GM is having a problem with both the 6.2 and the baby diesel. If I were looking to get a new truck maybe I'd have to look at Ford but are they any better?
you know a statement like that could get you kicked out of some forums...

My engine just failed as well. 2022 6.2l. Getting new engine and radiator next week. Apparently this is an issue. My dealership has seen it a few times.
