Yes I believe it is used on wheels though I've never tried. I sprayed it all over the body. It was about 7yrs ago but it worked well.

Stuff stinks for sure. Also leaves some marking on concrete driveway.

You are correct. I hosed down the truck and pre-wet the drive first, sprayed, rinsed and watered the driveway quite a bit after.
