Will 285/75/R18 work with Readylift 2.0 SST without trimming?

I have a chance to get some Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac for a fairly decent deal. The plan is to get the Ready lift 2.0 SST along with Bilstein B8 5100s. I am worried about this combo fitting without trimming. Anyone run this? I am willing to get wheel spacers if necessary. I have AEV Salta 18X8.5 rims from an AT4X, but I have no idea of the offset.

Also, I am pretty new to trucks, is there any real issues/dangers putting larger on larger tires. I know that my speedometer will be off, but besides that.

I have the Rough County 1.5 inch level (with new upper control arms) with 285/75R18 Toyo Open Country RT Trails on factory 2023 AT4X wheels (non-AEV). Had to trim about 3/4” off front driver side mud flap because I had slight rubbing at full lock in reverse. No adjustment on passenger side. No spacers. Besides dremeling off a tiny bit of plastic they fit fine, ride great, and fill up the fender wells nicely.
