What did you do to your AT4 today?

Since my boards are coming in later this week, I have the same tonneau cover, any additional mounting details you could share will be very useful.
I would suggest the tool bars Diamondback offers for our covers. The tool bars are very useful for mounting options. I however didn't like their riv nut design if you mounting equipment over 20-30lbs to them. If you are, you will need to upgrade those riv nuts to metal ones and not rubber. Once you do that, the tool bars can hold the weight of a high lift jack and traction boards. I also upgraded the gas springs on my cover for the end that the equipment is mounted to. This allows the cover to open effortlessly and stay up with the added weight. Went with the 160lbs ones. I know you stated you need the added room for your air planes, just know all of this equipment that is mounted and removable. So if you need the room, remove the equipment, then when you going on long trips up north, or offroading, then attach the equipment. This goes for the crossbin also, this is also removable.

Awesome! A couple of tool bars plus a gas spring will do for now. I have a 13" heavy duty riveter and it includes 5 nose-pieces: 1/8-Inch, 5/32-Inch, 3/16-Inch, 1/5-Inch, and 1/4-Inch.

Ok good, yeah the riv nuts they supply can't hold a lot of weight. So used the riv nut and good sized bolts to hold it down more securely. Since then, Ive had zero issues with holding and storing those recovery items. I noticed since adding the extra weight to the cover the stock gas springs were having a difficult time holding the cover open. So the 160lbs ones fixed that right away.

Installed extang bed cover, added go rhino running boards and got the windows tinted.

Plastidipped my toolbox badges to get rid of some chrome.
