Weird onstar behavior

Just got my 23 AT4. love it and all. For some reason, it acts like i dont have plan but it is already working. Onstar stated im on premium plan for 3 years and I have seen speed limit sign showing up. Onstar refreshed and rebuilt my account and has done everything. Anybody see the similar issue? what was resolution? I read somewhere in reddit that it is software glitch and would need truck to be taken in to be updated by tech.

Probably have to take it in to the dealer.

Hit the onstar button in the truck and talk to them. Worked for me when my data somehow showed not active.

Mine did the same thing the day I left the dealership. Struggled for two weeks trying to figure it out. Finally returned it to dealer and they got the service manager to get in my truck and call up onstar. Seems it was turned off the day I took the truck home. It has worked fine since then back in Feb.

they said my data subscription showed inactive for some reason. this was on july 4th. they said the team that will reactivate it is off for the holiday and they gave me a free month so it could be activated during the call. they did their magic and my system started working properly.
