New guy here - just picked up my AT4 today - love the truck so far - found one spec'd like I wanted it after looking for a couple months. Drove 3.5 hours to get it - long day but happy with the truck.
One thing I noticed on the drive home (didn't notice on the admittedly short test drive) is a distortion in the windshield right in the middle of field of driver view. Almost looks like waves and I"m sure it's something from the manufacturing process. Primarily noticed during highway driving, and before buying this truck we had test drove 3 other similar and were just waiting on what we wanted - so I wasn't really focused on that and only drove around town. Dealer being 3+ hours away means I can't easily take it back to them - so I'll be going by my local place tomorrow.
In the meantime - I was curious if anyone else had seen similar on their trucks or maybe I got unlucky? After driving for several hours home - I found if I slouched low enough in the seat - it wasn't in the middle of my field of view - but that's not easy to do (I'm 6'4") and not a long term solution. I found it gave me a headache after a little while (hence the need to slouch).
I'll try to get a photo of the distortion - but it almost looks like heat waves with the windshield moving on bumpy roads.
And photo of the truck at the dealership prior to pickup (just because):
