Good day all,
Has anyone noticed an abnormal amount of water splash infiltrating inside the door sills? I have never seen this kind of splash on any other type of vehicle. I can imagine that if water infiltrates, snow and ice will likely accumulate and cause issues?! 20240112_161504.webp20240112_161513.webp20240112_161710.webp20240112_161654.webp

I did until I installed gatorbacks on my trucks.

But living in the country, dust accumulation is still terrible. Nothing I can do about that.

Here is a better picture, just not on a AT4, but a drw Denali. Same thing up front...

They will fill up with snow/ice like a concrete block. I can kick them from behind and haven't damaged them. I can drive through harvested corn fields and while there is a hellva racket, the flaps haven't torn off.

There is give to them if'n you cross a ditch and they hit the ground. I have no experience with a flat tire and the flaps trying to hold the truck up.
