Valentine One Radar Detector Hard Wire Install

Has anyone installed a Valentine One Gen 2 detector using the hard wire remote install option? If so, I'd appreciate any advice on the install. I have used Valentine One Gen 1 for years and it has paid for itself many times over.

@Gill964 - not the V1G2, but did hardwire my current detector (Uniden R8) using a pigtail from GEN5DIY. Works perfectly! Might want to check with them. GEN5DIY

I used Gen5 harness powered by mirror on mine. Easy install.
