Unable to sign into Google

I have a 2022 Sierra AT4 and I keep getting the following error each time I try to sign into Google on the main screen:

Couldn't sign in
There was a problem communicating with google servers.
Try again later.

Has anyone else had this problem or know a solve? Thanks.

Is your vehicle connected to WiFi when you're trying to sign in?

Yes, but I never feel like it's working. When my kids try to use the wifi, it typically gives them an error. I assume it's somewhat working though, since I need it to be able to connect my phone to Apple Car Play wirelessly.

I discovered mine isn't working either on a recent trip up to Chicago. When trying to troubleshoot it on the On-Star website, the "support" page said "the issue could not be found".
