Truck will crank but won’t turnover to start.

Hello, wondering if anyone else has experienced this. So I have had my truck for 2 months and put 2k miles on it it’s a 23. No issues as it should be up until today. I washed the truck and got it home. This when the issue occurred. I accidentally hit the remote start function and the truck just kept cranking and won’t turnover. So I stopped that by attempting to start it from the inside for the same issue. We attempted to jump it just for the hell of it still no use. All lights screens and everything has power. I have to have it towed to the dealer tomorrow. Wondering if anyone has encountered this?

I had the same thing happen to me and discovered that I had put the drivers side floormat over the gas peddle when I reinstalled the floor mat after cleaning. Truck will not start with anything touching the gas peddle.
