It sounds like GM may have an upfitter accessory switch solution for 2024 trucks sometime in 2025. If it’s anything like the screwing they deliver for the 2022 upfitter switches, the parts will cost between $450 and $500 and require 4-5 hours to install, with a main harness and accessory wires having to be run through the firewall.

I bought the Auxbeam 6-switch panel, but haven’t opened the box yet. This morning I watched a couple videos on the Trigger Six Shooter switches. Anybody here use them? Any regrets? I like the fact that their switch bank requires no hole-drilling, can be temporarily mounted anywhere, and takes up very little space, but it’s powered by batteries, which means it works until it doesn’t. Does it remember its pairing after batteries are replaced? Any other cons?

Garmin makes quality stuff. It’s an Oregon company and the other stuff I was looking at is chinese. The Garmin Tred is great too — so the two would make a good $1,000 solution, but I’d need a strong, clean, way to securely mount the Tred (or a cell phone) in the Sierra. Unfortunately, GM eliminated the 67 Designs or BulletPoint type mounting opportunities, so I don’t know how the stuff can be mounted.

I picked this one up from Mictuning Upgraded P1s-X RGB 5" 8/12 Gang Switch Panel with Backlit Off, Multifunction Toggle Momentary Strobe Pulsed Switch Pod and am still working on where to put it, will most likely be on the right of the steering column almost at knee level. I haven't looked yet where to put the relay box. Also need to figure out how to breach the firewall, I didn't want wireless. I liked that this unit switches both the pos and neg as I will be using it to control some RGB LED's that have a common pos and switch the neg for each color.

Incase you missed my thread. The current upfitter package from 404 parts and installed in a couple hours max.
