Transmission issue?

Greetings

I have a 2021 3.0 Diesel. Unfortunately have had a number of issues since purchase. The latest was the turbo blew on it after 25000 km. It now seems like the transmission chugs while accelerating around 60km hr. This also happens if you are just driving close to that gear.

Anyone else have this issue.

Looks like you live in Canada, so I have no idea if this will be available, but I'd recommend looking into Lemon Law.
