Good afternoon. Newbie here. Got a new to me 21 1500 AT4 with the 3.0L Baby Max. I have a car hauler that does not have tpms sensors. I will like to add tpms sensors to the trailer tires so i can monitor that info while towing. My question is if you added them do you have to use a specific TPMS sensor or will any TPMS sensor due. Thanks in advance.

Yes you do .
Have to use the GM ones.
I think they are around 75 a piece.
If it was me I would use the FOBO valve stem caps, it connects right to your phone.
I use them on my motorcycle.

You need to use gm part# 84152501.

I haved used these on multiple trailers. Works on a 21 1500, a 22 3500 and a 23 2500.

ETA...not these exact ones from this seller. But the exact sensor. From multiple sellers, all with this part number and the big 4T on the sensors.

Had two of mine installed in a 6x10 trailer wheels this weekend and programed to the truck. It all works as advertised. Tire shop ripped me off installing the two sensors at $64 bucks. I won't do business there anymore. The other two sensors I am going to add in another small trailer I have. Just wanted to see how seamless it would work on the first trailer before tackling both at same time.
