Top Tier gas

Can't really offer an answer to your question but if I'm near a top tier gas station I'll choose that over a regular gas station. I've done this for the past 2 years in my C7 and haven't had any issues, but like your toys, it doesn't get driven all that often.

I only use premium gas and mobil one full synthetic, change oil at 4500k. 2019 at4 1500 6.2L. 14.5 mpg, bigger tires which i will be removing because I don't do much off road, just like to go fast lol. currently at 80k just did a carbon cleaning and engine is soundless at idle, no shake no nothing. carbon is your enemy on this truck use everything you can to avoid it.

Hi Myrez,
I've been following my owner's manual as best I can. It indicates: 2025 GMC 1500 Sierra AT4 with 6.2L should use premium unleaded with octane of 91 or higher. Lower octane ratings will have noticeable reduction in horsepower, torque and fuel efficiency. So, I only use premium fuel.

Top Tier gas or no? Curious as I've never run it in my trucks. My Shelby and jetski get the premium treatment. They also get driven a hell of a lot less.
Check out the Oil Geek on u-tube. I used to avoid the guy's videos but now I am a true believer. He has a great video discussing oil quality and gas quality. He covers a lot of areas dealing with engines. I will never put anything but Top Tier Premium gas in my truck.

I always ran premium in my gas trucks.
I would highly recommend it for all the reasons stated above.
If I had a classic in the garage I’d run clear premium.

I always run the best fuel I can purchase at every gas station I end up at. I bought my truck used, so I don’t know what the previous owner used. My employer pays for my fuel, so I don’t care about the price.
