What are the top 10 dealerships in the country to CUSTOM ORDER a 2024 2500/3500 AT4HD from that will NOT add any additional fees to your custom order?
Seeing where your located, I would NOT buy from Walt Massey. I ordered a 2024 AT4HD from them in late January. They required a deposit and said if something happened it would be no problem getting it back due to the popularity of the new model. I was assured I had their 2nd allocation slot and the order would be put into the system later that week. So deposit was left and ordered placed. Salesman called early March and said truck was built and transportation would take 3-4 weeks. I sold my previous truck early April with no transportation. As I ride by dealership, I noticed 3 identical trucks like I ordered on lot. I inquire about them, I was told 2 were pre-sold and the other was for the lot. But I could not buy it, I had to wait for mine. Weeks go by and still no truck. I eventually found another one from a different dealer and purchased it. Walt Massey would not give me back my refund even though I tried to purchase one from their lot and also they could not get the one I ordered. They said my name was associated with the one I ordered and tough luck. SO I have a good memory and will never do business with them again. I feel like they owe me the $500 deposit. What are the top 10 dealerships in the country to CUSTOM ORDER a 2024 2500/3500 AT4HD from that will NOT add any additional fees to your custom order?
NICE! Thank YouIn my area a lot of people order from Dave Smith Motors in Idaho. I placed mine with Roubideaux, also in idaho and they quoted me under MSRP.
I ended up pulling the order because they said it was going to take 6 months and there is a lot of talk about the strike. I ended up purchasing one from Dave Smith because someone cancelled when their order showed up and I pounced on it. No additional mark up.
Price savings evaluation based of travel distance for me is not problem. I contract all over U.S...so it doesn't matter WHERE I go to get a really good deal because either I'm working near that state or will just make a trip out of it with the wife since we are used to being on the road....my advice....start contacting local dealers and slowly expand your search until you figure out what a good deal is.
For reference, you can price out a truck at https://www.gmfamilyfirst.com/build-and-price to find GMS and GM Employee pricing.
How much would you need to save to travel from AL to Idaho?
too bad we all can't get employee pricing. saving 7-9k is no joke!my advice....start contacting local dealers and slowly expand your search until you figure out what a good deal is.

I get the employee discount because my brother-in-law worked at GM and "coachaugie" is correct, the discount is no joke and the determining factor whether I can afford the truck I'm purchasing.too bad we all can't get employee pricing. saving 7-9k is no joke!
I mentioned the employee pricing as a reference as to what a "good deal" would be. That being said, if anyone could get close to GMS (supplier) pricing would be a great deal in today's environment.too bad we all can't get employee pricing. saving 7-9k is no joke!
Nice! What city is that in?I purchased a half ton from Roubideaux they were up front with time line expectations and the allotment they had. Our deal was several thousand behind msrp and they picked me up at the airport and I was only in the dealership for 20 minutes with zero add on costs at time of sale.

Rivard Buick Gmc in Tampa Fl actually discounts a great deal. They were right about 9% off msrp. I actually didnt believe it until I closed on the truck 3 weeks ago. 9% covered the sales tax and their $895 dealer fee. I could not find any other dealer a penny less than msrp and yes, I saw a few adding up to $10k as a "market adjustment".What are the top 10 dealerships in the country to CUSTOM ORDER a 2024 2500/3500 AT4HD from that will NOT add any additional fees to your custom order?
