Tonneau cover

I have a one week old HD AT4 that I just installed a REV Industries hard folding cover from my GMC Dealer. They had one in stock. It poured down cats and dogs yesterday , and I mean hard. When I pulled into my garage and opened the tailgate, there was Very Little water inside the bed. Just a few drops at the two back corners. Enough for a paper towel to dry it up. I highly recommend it.

ive talked to a few people who have said they see improved fuel economy (2-3 mph) after adding it on. I may add it to mine after getting it

Dreamers may say that about mileage. Be careful which one you get, the cheap tri folds leave the front of the bed (6.5/3=2.2' unusable) for large items. The hard fold are better the way they stack and block rear window leaving much more bed space. I like the tuxedo roll up cover.

i have a bak flip tonneau cover, tri fold. the position closest to the cab allows the flipped sections to sit vertically (has simple strut on both sides that slides into a channel). It allows me to use the entire bed and has been weather tight.

Your Bakflip is the hard cover, like I described it allows much more bed space to be used. It also blocks the rear window when folded up, which is why I don't like them.

I was just trying to inform Coachaugi there are things to consider when shopping for a cover, and mileage will not be affected by adding a cover.

Just picked up our 24 2500 at4. I planned on installing a Retraxpro. Im in Connecticut. Anyone have experience withi
thia cover in the northeast I
I have a 23 1500 AT4 and installed the Retraxpro soon after purchasing the truck. I really like it and highly recommend it for those willing to live with the loss of bed space and relative cost.

My last Retrax was still nice after 15 years!

Retrax pro with the tracks went on my new one. I get a little water around the edges though.

Just got my '24 2500 AT4 and need to get a tonneau cover. Sounds like the REV brand thru GM may obstruct the bed camera when positioned vertically. I used to have an aftermarket cover on my 2014 Sierra 1500 AT that was easy to remove (4 screwdown clips) if I needed full access to the bed for dirtbikes, etc. How difficult is the REV or others to pull off and throw back on at times vs. just raising it vertical at the front of the bed?

Just put a Truxedo x15 pro soft roll up on my 24 3500 AT4. Had success with previous Truxedo covers. Lifetime warranty for original owner as well. $599

there are so many options for tonneau covers. it's been a year and I still like my low-max. 2/3 bed access in less than a minute and about 5 minutes w/no tools to remove it completed.

One thing since I’ve had my Rev cover is that the tailgate does not drop automatically when pushing the button but I’m ok with it because my bed barely gets any water intrusion.
