Tire and wheel advice needed!

I’m putting new wheels on my 2024 Yukon AT4. I want 285/R65 R18 tires and method wheels. The wheels I want are the MR708s that only come in 12 offset. If I do those, will I have any rubbing? Or do I need to pick another wheels with an 18 offset?
